Workforce Development

Workers at General Mills study English

The workforce development program offers on-site training packages to businesses whose workforce is comprised of Latino and immigrant workers. Through language and skills training, the program provides a pathway for the sustained progress of these workers so that they may be more productive and valuable to their employers.

Our Team

Our bilingual/bicultural teaching staff uses innovative approaches to integrating education and training services. The instructors possess the experience required to guide any learner through the process of achieving their goals.

Our Experience

We have fifteen years of experience supporting the needs of the community and collaborating with other organizations and business. Centro Latino has offered training programs to companies with employees who speak primarily Spanish. However, our courses are designed for any multicultural workforce.

Our Methodology

We assess the needs of each particular workplace and design a contextualized training program that addresses specific issues. We offer classes on-site at your company and/or at Centro Latino’s facility.
